An American couple brings their 10-year-old daughter to her grandfather’s hotel in Italy to tell her they’re separating. In hopes of getting them back together, she asks to spend one last Christmas together, even though it’s August. What everyone else in the world is doing. Fake. The scenes are amazing. Real-life drama, my family appreciates it even more. Antonella Rose did such a great job and her chemistry with Danny DeVito is the reason I watched the sequel! It was such a special moment when the puppy went missing and how Claire found him. The guy working at the hotel was so funny. The balloon scene was hilarious. I would have jumped too, I’m very afraid of heights, so I don’t blame the dad. I’d say it’s a cute, wholesome movie with good acting/direction and life lessons. If you like true story movies, this is for you!!!!!
